Hello, I'm Natalie.
When I started my international career at 18, I was curious, adventurous and happy to follow opportunities that felt like a resounding yes.
I travelled the world, worked through international crises and built experience across human rights policy, programmes and organisational change. I learned to navigate uncertainty, adapt to different environments and work with people through change. I loved it.
But somewhere along the way, I started doing what many of us do. Climbing the career ladder, following the expected next step and paying more attention to what I *should* do than what actually felt right.
On paper, things looked like success. Except they didn't always feel that way. A quiet career restlessness crept in. Nothing was dramatically wrong, but something no longer fitted. My confidence wobbled, and I felt increasingly disconnected from the person I knew myself to be.
I'd become good at adapting to what was expected of me, but less good at recognising what I needed.
So I started exploring. I trained as a coach and yoga teacher alongside my day job, followed by mindfulness meditation and Rapid Tapping®. I became fascinated by how our thoughts, bodies and environments shape our experience of change.
I changed roles, experimented, questioned old assumptions and discovered that a new job doesn't automatically resolve everything.
I also rediscovered the value of curiosity, different perspectives and making space for the things that give me energy.
Today, I'm interested in how we stay human, moveable and ourselves in a world that keeps asking us to change. And how we create the conditions, in our own lives and within organisations, to do just that.
